Description
The roasted pig is one of the traditional roasted foods. The process of making it is generally similar to other roasted food and roast suckling pig, the only difference is that an adult pig is used when making the roasted pig. The best part of a roasted pig would be the rib portion. A roasted pig can weigh up to 6kg to 10kg having thicker layer of meat and fat, which make it tasty and crispier.
