Teochew Rice Kueh ‘pink kueh’ (Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake) is a Teochew delicacy. This is a snack common served during breakfast or for late night snacks. You can pan fry the rice kueh till the skin was brown and crispy and eat it with sweet soy sauce.
