Description
The roasted loquat duck is a one of the traditional roasted food. The duck is filled with loquat, seasoning and spices and then placed in to a hanging furnace and roasted under high temperature. The skin is crispy, meat is succulent, perfectly cooked, and not at all greasy, filled with juice.
