With over 40 years of experience, our family recipe uses a custom oven with indirect heat for a slow five-hour roast. Every piece is roasted fresh daily so your reunion table gets the best.

Ordering for CNY
Pre-order slots open in early January each year and fill up quickly. During the CNY period, please order at least 3 working days in advance.
每年一月初开放预购，额满即止。春节期间，请至少提前三个工作日下单。
