Zhongyuan Offerings 中元供品
The Ghost Festival, or Zhongyuan Festival, falls on the 15th day of the seventh lunar month. Families offer food to honour their ancestors and wandering spirits. At Hup Cheong, we prepare our roast meats with the respect and care this tradition demands.
中元节（鬼节）在农历七月十五。家家户户备好供品祭拜祖先和好兄弟。合众以二十多年的手艺，用心准备每一份中元供品。
三牲 and 五牲 Packages
Our ready-assembled offering packages make Zhongyuan preparations simple. The 三牲 includes roasted duck, chicken, and meat. The 五牲 adds fish and crab — available with roast meat or a whole roasted pig.
我们备有现成的三牲和五牲供品套餐，让您省心省力。三牲包含烧鸭、烧鸡和烧肉；五牲另加鱼和螃蟹，可选配烧肉或整只烧猪。
